Platform Scope
ExamSathi is a mobile-first exam preparation platform, with web presence aligned to core app modules: Daily Quiz, Quiz Zone, Categories, Challenges, Articles, Notifications, and progress tracking.
Content operations are supported through internal admin systems for updates and quality control.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ExamSathi, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the app after any changes to these terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
2. Description of Service
ExamSathi is a mobile quiz application designed for educational purposes to help users prepare for Gujarat state-level competitive exams including Police Constable (LRD), PSI (Police Sub Inspector), Talati Cum Mantri, and Gaun Seva Clerk. The app provides practice quizzes, topic-wise question sets, and score tracking. You may not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. In-App Purchases
Some content in the app (such as premium mock tests) may be available only through in-app purchases. All payments are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies.
Refunds: We do not offer direct refunds. Refund requests can be made through Google Play's standard refund process.
Access to Purchases: Your purchase grants access to the relevant content within the app. If the app is removed or discontinued in the future, access to purchased content may be lost. We are not responsible for any loss of data or purchases in such scenarios unless explicitly stated.
4. Permitted Use
You may use ExamSathi only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful exam preparation purposes
- Not reproduce, copy, or distribute any quiz content without prior written permission
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the application
- Not use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the app
- Not share account credentials with others
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the app or its content. This includes not sharing, copying, or distributing content without permission. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within ExamSathi — including but not limited to quiz questions, answers, explanations, graphics, and app design — is the intellectual property of iFusion Technology and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal educational purposes only.
7. Accuracy of Content
iFusion Technology makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of quiz questions and answers. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or fully up to date with the latest official exam syllabus changes. The app content is for practice purposes only and should not be considered an official study guide or a substitute for official notifications.
We recommend users also consult official exam notifications from the respective Gujarat government recruitment boards (GPSC, GPSSB, GSSSB, LRD).
8. Disclaimer
ExamSathi is an independent educational platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any government organization, official examination authority, or public institution. We do not guarantee exam success based on use of this app. Results depend entirely on individual effort and preparation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iFusion Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the ExamSathi app, including but not limited to loss of data, exam results, or device issues. We do not guarantee that use of the app will result in exam success.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate with third-party services such as Google Play. iFusion Technology is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external services.
11. Termination
iFusion Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to ExamSathi at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the integrity of the app.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the app and on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ExamSathi shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
